Refund Eligibility

  • Perishable Items: Due to the nature of perishable food products, refunds are only provided under specific conditions, such as if the product is delivered damaged, spoiled, or is not as described. Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund.

  • Non-Perishable Items: Non-perishable items, such as kitchen tools, accessories, or merchandise, may be eligible for refunds if they are returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers must initiate the return process within 14 days of purchase.

  • Services: If you are dissatisfied with a service provided by Shiv Food Solutions, such as catering or food preparation, please contact us immediately. Refunds or remedies will be provided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

    • Gift cards and promotional codes.

    • Custom or personalized orders.

    • Products that have been partially consumed or used.

    • Downloadable products such as eBooks or recipes.

Reporting an Issue

      • Order number or receipt.
      • Clear photographs of the product, if applicable.
      • A description of the issue encountered.

Refund Process

Perishable Items: For complaints about perishable items, we will verify the issue and may request additional evidence, such as photos. Once verified, you will receive a full or partial refund or a replacement product, depending on your preference and availability.

Non-Perishable Items: For returns of non-perishable items, customers must ship the product back to Shiv Food Solutions at their own expense. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The product has been slightly damaged during transit but is still usable.
  • A service provided was partially completed or not fully satisfactory.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
